  • Speyer was featured in the New York Times in an article by Ashley Gilbertson chronicling how schools in the New York City area were reopening in the Fall of 2020 after the pandemic.

  • In 2019, Speyer was awarded a Blackboard Award for Outstanding School and founding co-chair Jennifer Selendy offered insight into Speyer’s educational philosophy and our 10-year history in an interview with New York Family magazine.

  • As part of a group of admissions directors and heads of school from a number of top independent schools, as well as savvy educational consultants, our former Director of Admissions Jackie Sirgo passed along her expert advice to New York Family magazine readers. In the August 2018 issue, she gave her input on the process of choosing the right school, while in the September/October 2018 issue, she offered expert insight into how to help children and parents prepare for school visits.
